Last night was the first of four monthly in-person class meetings for Servant Leadership. SO MUCH FUN!! There were 13 participants…10 of whom are completely new to the Servant Leadership course. Our focus last night: Stewardship of Faith (one of four Servant Leadership strands). Before we are anything (spouse, friend, parent, worker…), including leader, we are God’s own dear child. Said another way: the primary relationship (the Source relationship) in our lives is the one with Jesus. If we don’t pay regular attention to that, we will not be able to lead well in the long run.
We saw a great video clip that you can check out here. Where do you get your comfort and leadership?
I am thanking God today for Tim, Tracy, Renee, Marlene, Jen, Michelle, Phil, Rick, Lynn, Paul, Randy, Kristina and Cathy. I am so excited for the next four months on the Servant Leadership journey with you!

The Red Cluster is a rose-among-thorns!
I know God is going to work in your cluster for good things, Kristina. Thanks for helping folks gain screen names!

Started the book. Lookin’ really good. May “cheat” and read it through and perhaps one or two more times in the class segments. Is that permitted??

ABSOLUTELY, Tim—read away! I’m glad it’s good, so far. Be watching for Will–if you haven’t met him, yet!
