Plan on taping or watching Dateline NBC tomorrow night (8pm - 10pm ET).
On the Today Show this morning, Matt Lauer interviewed two families. Both had college-age daughters who were in a horrific car accident. In the aftermath of the accident, the young womens’ identities are confused. Long-story, short: one family cared for the young woman they thought was their daughter for five weeks, only to find out their daughter had died in the accident. The other family thought their daughter had died, only to find out five weeks later that she was alive.
Why it’s worth checking out:
- Both families have a powerful Christian witness
- Even in this little snippet this morning, it was clear that their faith was The Thing that helped them navigate this unbelievable story
- It’s always great when God uses ordinary people to tell His Story
Of course, it’s on during the NCAA tournament games (that night, I’ll be rooting for Wisconsin, Memphis, Kansas and Texas so I can catch up to Ricky the Rudedog Lyons in our Pick-em’ Bracket). That means I’ll be watching it on tape! ![]()
