We were talking “restoration” at Water Come Down class last night (audio should be posted tomorrow). Someone shared that to a restorative activity they practice is dancing in their house. Me, too–I call it a “Party for One”. 
Try it, sometime! Dance like nobody’s lookin’.
Right now, I’m going to have a Party for One in Grace (the room with the fireplace) and start learning the words and motions to the Powerlab VBS music. You can check it out here–great music!!
